I dealt with Charlotte from start to finish and she was super helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Nobody wants the funeral arrangements to add more stress to the situation, and Charlotte made sure that everything went very smoothly. She took her time explaining everything to me, giving me all the options and answering any additional questions promptly either on the phone or via email. Tina and Mark were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I spoke to other funeral directors but decided to go with Walsh & McGrath because right from the first phone call of speaking to them it was clear they knew what they were doing and I could trust them to take care of all the arrangements. They offered to visit us at home, which made everything so much easier. They really were fantastic at every step in such difficult circumstances of arranging my father’s funeral.

Tina and Mark were absolutely amazing during such a difficult time and not just with myself and my father but to all the family they came in contact with and with our requests (a white coffin with black handles). They showed a lot of compassion and respect. Tina and Mark came to the house to make our lives easier and when we visited the funeral home we were also made to feel welcome and at ease. No rush. I felt my mum was being well looked after and again with plenty of respect.
