Sam at the T.Wells branch was amazing and made the whole process feel so easy and taken care of. On the day of the service Matthew was so kind and took great care of things, answering and fulfilling any questions I had.

Tansy offered great support at a difficult time. She set out the options without any pressure and gave me time to make the right decisions. She also recommended Justine Coombs as a celebrant who was perfect. They have a small chapel on the premises which was ideal for us having a very small service and much more comforting than the crematorium .I can highly recommend them.

To Sam and the rest of the team. Thank you on behalf of the whole family for all your hard work. Your care and attention to detail was second to none. You have led us through this difficult time very professionally. The coordination with getting all the components together and liaising with Tim took a lot of stress from us. The flowers, coffin and order of service were very nice and your turnout at the church, very smart. It was nice that Ian heard what I said about the nice spot for the grave and the sounds of the children. Ian then reiterated those for everyone to hear. Sensitive and efficient from start to finish. Sam at TW Boorman explained everything clearly and was always on hand to answer questions as we led up to our father's service and cremation. The whole team on the day were also behind us all the way and adjusted things when one of our party was running late.
