Been today at this florist to purchase flowers for my wife’s birthday and purchased the worst flowers you can ever purchase, waste of £30.00. One of the staff there said they didn’t have many choices on flowers and I said do why you can and she really did what she could by selling me the worst ever flowers purchased in my life. The leafs of the flowers where changed to white from green and the roses where black rather red. I didn’t see the flowers at the time of collection due to being in a hurry. I would have appreciated if she didn’t sell me the flowers rather selling some old gone by date.As expected not the best day after purchasing these flowers.

Hi,my family and I have just had our mothers funeral today. And we also had our dads funeral 3years ago. Each one was through the Co-op. From the very start may I say, on both occasions from the first phone call, everything was delt with the up most respect and compassion. We were told every step of the way what was happening and when. We were helped and guided which gave us the strength to be able to make the decisions we had to make. I would definitely recommend the Co-op to give you the best funeral care from start to finish.Thank you x

From the first phone call to inform of my auntie’s death, through the duration of funeral, the level of care we received was simply superb! It’s always hard to say goodbye but, in my case, my aunt was more like a mother to me and the last of my biological family, with the exception of my adult son and daughter.I spoke with Angela, who was wonderful; she was sensitive, empathic and highly professional. As this was the first time I’d had to deal with such arrangements, Angela was sure to give me time and allowed me to make decisions that were best for my family. She managed to secure the services of Joan, a celebrant, who was amazing. She spoke with me, several times, before the funeral, to ensure that everything was just so. She delivered a beautiful service, personal and touching.Although we live in Shropshire the FDs, led by Christopher, collected us and returned us to our home. I was truly astounded at the respect and compassion extended to us. At such a difficult time, it was such a relief that Chris led us through every stage. We were never hurried, were given constant reassurance. When Chris said“We’ll do you and your auntie proud!”these were not empty words. He refused thanks saying“Thank you for trusting us to take care of your auntie’s funeral”Heartfelt thanks to all. You made a very difficult time so much more bearable and your kindness and commitment to care is greatly appreciated.
