Rebecca was amazing from start to finish. Every phone call and email with her was handled with genuine care and professionalism. Much of our communication was by email, and I always received quick, informative responses and never once felt like a burden. The meeting to discuss the funeral never felt rushed, and Rebecca ensured that every member of the family was given the opportunity to speak and have their say, which meant a great deal to us. One particularly touching moment was on the day my mum passed the funeral home on the way to be buried. Despite it being a freezing cold day, Rebecca was standing outside paying her respects. This small but incredibly thoughtful gesture truly stood out and showed her compassion. The day of the funeral the funeral team were amazing so caring, patient professional. I would highly recommend

Today ( 24 -2-25 ) was the day of my mother's funeral. We rang this morning to ask if it was possible to view the funeral via web cam . A lady called Tracey answered the phone .and was very rude and had no compassion. Her words was ( no theres no web cam and by the way I'm busy and put the phone down. How rude and a lovely way to treat a Grieving person. Absolute Discracefull

I have spoken with Tracey there and found her attitude could do with improving not the right attitude for dealing with grieving families very disapointed

The communication, professionalism, and quality of service was superb. They made a difficult time as simple as possible. I was able to get exactly the funeral, flowers, service and support I needed. I can’t thank the team there enough for everything they did and the service they provided.
