My mother died before Christmas last year, her funeral was paid in full when we went down, and they still forgot when her funeral was. Went and saw her and it was disgusting how they'd treated her. They'd forgotten when the funeral was and rushed it. The only thing I'm glad of really is that I stopped my Kids paying their last respects. She looked terrible. Adding insult to injury they only offered to pay for the urn. Won't ever be using them again. It's only now 9 months later that I'm able to speak about how terribly they treated my mother. IF THEY CAN FORGET WHEN THE FUNERAL IS AND TO DO THE EMBALMING, what else are they upto. Disgusting.
