Disappointed!Firstly, our limousine car for the family wasn't there the morning of the funeral. And my Dad has discovered that the double plot he asked for is only a single...Admittedly, we as a family should have checked the final paperwork more accurately however as you can appreciate it's been a difficult time. The information on the quote/original paperwork was all correct and Beth was brilliant but We are really disappointed with the final outcome. There were cars blocking the church entrance so the hurse couldn't get in until cars had been moved... appreciate this was not directly your fault.Another issue was the music in the church. Not sure whether this is down to the Funeral Directors or the Church... we were specifically asked to put the music onto a CD which my sister supplied, after buying and burning the songs herself. The intro music cut out... the next song was the wrong one... the hymn wouldn't play !!! The last song played eventualy... We thought it would've all been tried and tested (as we did at home) before the service...We will not be using their services in the future.
