I just called to find out about the COOP service after losing my sister yesterday. The call was terrible with the representative not appearing to respond to my questions, seeming to pay more attention to emails beeping in the background and then cancelling the call. Very, very disappointing and upsetting.

The staff at the Easthampstead branch did us proud on April 25th 2016Checked and double checked our paperwork, musical requests and order of service as we'd written and made our own.Visited father in law in the chapel of rest and he looked so peaceful.Staff were amazing during the service and looked after us respectively.Just one niggle the flowers were beautiful, white roses and Iris's as ordered but the cross order brought in didn't look like the cross, photograph given, after the service as we took it out of the limo it started falling apart, not the branches fault.Only I knew the arrangement wasn't quite right.Hence why I've given them 5 stars
