Sadly my father passed away in Derby we live down south,nearly 3 hours drive so the co op helped us with absolutely everything via phone and email and the day went as well as can be expected.the staff and all there went above and beyond we cannot praise them enough for all their efforts and above all compassion ❤️

Funeral for mum Vera Elliott, from Suzie who did the admin excellent service. On the day Kate the FD did a marvellous job looked after us very well. The little touches Kate did made the day. Everything went well. Cant speak highly enough of Kate and her team Susan & Graham

Very helpful and supportive. Big variation between branches, but this one (Normanton Rd) was fine. There was only 2 things that didn't go as expected, on the day of funeral the hearse was very late getting to us and we were late (20 mins) for the service at the crem. The vicar had to change his service due to the time constraints. Also, we ordered a stone via Co op for a church cremation plot, and it took just over 6 months to be installed, due to one reason and another. Having said that, Michelle was very professional and kind and went the extra mile to follow things up.
