Will never use again misinformation from the start told them the bill would be paid by the estate but if this was a problem we would pay then and there the lady said no it’s not a problem then they said no we have to pay so we did the next day they phoned to say it hadn’t been paid so the funeral wouldn’t be going ahead if not paid straight away we had to take receipt in to prove payment how do you threaten that a funeral will not take place two days before the date causing untold stress and fear because of mistakes by your own staff never mind the other details we had to go over again as this was all done by a stand in who was replacing someone off sick but it was the boss who told them to say the funeral won’t go ahead how absolutely disgusting

A very big thank you to all you the who put up with me and my wifes different approach to the eulogy. Despite all my wories about introducing new technolgy, it all worked well and you were all so helpful, as indeed were the staff at Swanwick Crematorium.
