We were extremely pleased with the excellent professional and compationate service that my sister and I received from Debbie at the Emsworth Funeralcare branch. She guided us through the process and arrangements of our mothers service seamlessly with understanding and appreciation of our time of grief. All the Co-op staff in fact were marvellous with the funeral courtage being so kind and considerate on the day of the service, accomodating our requests and guiding us upon arriving at the Crematorium. My godmother sadly passed away on the 18th sept I called the co-op in Emsworth and booked an appointment with Louise. At the appointment Louise was very professional and help us with all the arrangements. On the day the pall bearers who escorted my godmother were totally faultless and highly professional. We had two black horses pulling the hearse which was an absolute show stopper and well worth the money as you only have one funeral in your life. The overall experience with the Emsworth co-op was 6 star rating. So a big thank you to everyone at the co-op and the two beautiful horses for the perfect day.
