I would like to thank you most sincerely for the kindness and compassion shown when arranging my wife's funeral. You made the whole terrible experience as nice as possible. On the day of the funeral all your staff were most understanding , respectful and. compassionate. The flowers that you organised were absolutely beautiful for the occasion. Thank you so much.

Tracey (trace) and Anne… what amazing women! They helped me and my siblings so much when we lost our mum recently and I don’t think they even know how great they were. They made what was a traumatic time that bit easier what with their care and affection. They are so kind and take pride in the job they do. I know my late mum would have been immensely grateful for how they were with us and her. Also a massive thank you to Lee and all the drivers and Hayley for making her funeral service such a special send off for her. We will be forever grateful x

To all staff at Co-operative Funeral Care, Farnborough.Just a few words of thanks to all of you for the care and consideration that you gave in arranging and conducting the funeral of my good friend, Mrs. Susan Violet Smith.I would particularly like to thank Tracey and Anne for their compassion and kindness in trying to accommodate as many of Sue’s wishes as possible at a difficult time with the limitations imposed by the Corona Virus and for their attention and patience in negotiations with the family.I would also like to express my thanks to David, who conducted affairs on the day of the Funeral. David was very respectful, efficient and considerate and ensured that everything was carried out in as dignified a manner as possible. The majority of the attendees of Sue’s Funeral expressed their satisfaction with the service and arrangements on the day.I believe that Sue would have been very happy with everything and that as far as was possible, her wishes were respected and met, particularly the arrangement to leave for the Funeral from her flat to allow many friends to see her off on her last journey when the Corona Virus would not permit them to attend the Funeral in person. Many thanks,Best Regards,Ray Moate

From the first phone call and then throughout the 3 weeks until the funeral we were treated with nothing but compassion and kindness. The numerous requests for changes to the service booklet were met with patience and thoughtfulness. At the saddest time of our lives Tracey, Anne, Hayley and their other wonderful colleagues helped us turn our sadness into a celebration of our dear Dad's life. Words cannot convey how truly grateful we are for your support during this most difficult time. Thank you so much.
