Excellent service from start to finish. I called at short notice due to a family member passing away and needing collecting from their care home pretty quickly and The Co-Op did not disappoint in their ability to act both swiftly and professionally. James, within the branch, is fantastic - considerate and helpful in all aspects, super quick response times and communication overall. The service on the day went as smoothly as it could have and the others involved in the day were just as professional. Andrew and I want to say Gary? (I could be wrong) who was driving, both outstanding in their roles. I would most definitely recommend this funeral home and I will use them again in the future when the time comes.

James, Jane and colleagues you cannot be thanked enough. Supportive throughout the entire process. James, manager, and his colleagues from the minutes that my beloved husband past to when they took us to the wake. They were absolutely brilliant, supported and nothing was too much for them.
