Great service. Nothing is too much trouble. went above and beyond to ensure everything was as normal as possible. Numbers were limited due to COVID 19 so we arranged for the procession to travel passed the local pub so people could pay their respects. Tilly the director got out the Herse and walked the procession down the road which I feel was so thoughtful. Thanks so much to all the staff there!

You'd expect compassion and support at such a difficult time in your life but not here. I felt very much like we were just going through a sales process. The person dealing with us had little empathy for what we were going through.Even though I'd explained how the insurance for the funeral was going through, rather then contact me the lady dealing with the funeral thought it necessary to harass my elderly father who had enough to deal with having lost his wife. Really poor from the Coop and I can't recommend them
