I can't thank Martina and the rest of the team enough for treating my Mum with such care, particularly the undertakers that collected her from her home a difficult time for us, they were so dignified throughout. The funeral it's self Martina helped us organise. There was no pressure she was calm and professional and made absolutely sure we understood every detail. Thank you all so very much for your guidance and respect. As a family we were very grateful we chose the CO-OP Gorleston.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for making our Aunty's funeral justbhow she would have wanted it. Emily at gorleston had no compassion, respect or dignity for myself through my nans funeral, telling me what was happening with my nan instead of asking with respect, Emily was very robotic no chit chat getting to know a personal side to either me or my nan, makes me wonder how my nan got treated in thier care, as didn't have any respect for myself and I'm here where my nan wouldn't obviously been able to shout her opinion whilst in thier care, didn't make the process easy at all with the robotic attitude 😭

Dealt with the joint funeral of our parents yesterday. From start to end we were totally grateful for the professionalism and empathy shown by the whole team.
