Great service to the funeral. 5 months after asking for more money due to there mistakes. Causing unnecessary stress and upset to my dad.

Had jo organise everything for the funeral of our very dear father, who sadly passed away on his birthday. She was amazing no issue was too big or small and she gave us as a family exactly what we wanted. Hugh on the day was brilliant helping us to get our dad there safely and together we all arranged a beautiful service that I think my dad would be proud of. I cant thank the staff enough for all the help and support at an extremely difficult time. It was nice knowing dad was being cared for by people who treat him like family xxx

Absolutely amazing care given to our baby boy and to us. Sadly our baby boy was born sleeping, and from the minute, Leo went to the chapel of rest, he and us, his mummy and daddy, were treated with nothing but dignity and respect. We were even able to go and see Leo on Christmas Day. The day of Leo's funeral, he was bought to the crematorium in a beautiful hearse, and his little coffin was simply stunning. I honestly, can't thank you enough for all your help and support during the hardest time of our lives. I'm sure I did everyone's head in, ringing everyday to ask if my boy was safe. Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for all your time and help. It is appreciated more than you'll ever know. Xxx
