After our sad loss, we would like to express our thanks to the wonderful, kind staff at Hunstanton. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes and made sure that the funeral went smoothly. Thank you all of you for your help and guidance.

In May 2022 I lost my father who had been battling illness for the last couple of years. I visited the Coop Funeral home in Hunstanton within an hour of my dad passing, as I literally had no idea what I needed to do in order to have my father collected from his house, nor the subsequent process to arrange a funeral. My brother and I were greeted by Steve, the kindest and most empathetic man you could ever wish to meet. He calmly explained a process we could follow and provided us with information to take away. For the next 3 weeks Steve ( and his colleague Tim ) patiently put up with my constant calls and unarranged visits, and helped me put together everything we needed to give me dad the send off he deserved. An amazing celebrant, Sandra, was also provided by the Coop and she came to the family home to get an understanding as to the man my dad is and was. The service went to plan, and I am still receiving mails 2 weeks later from friends and family commending how amazing the day went and how proud my dad would have been. None of this would have been possible without Steve, Tim, Sandra and all the excellent staff at the coop and I cannot thank or recommend them enough. Lee Tappenden

It was my Dad's funeral yesterday. I was really happy with how, Firstly Steve and then Stephanie, helped with the arrangements. They made me feel really welcome and gave us advice. Then the evening before Terry called to introduce himself and to make sure the day went to plan. Then Terry & Barry showed us how to use the music system at the Mintlyn Crematorium. Thank you all I think it did and I think Dad would've liked it. We chose the Coop at Hunstanton as they has dealt with my mum's funeral 15 years beforehand.
