Coop Funeralcare got it right at every level throughout the process. I always felt comfortable, I felt I could trust Coop Funeralcare, and would recommend them to anyone.

I would like to thank Mark for the help and care he gave us when we had to organise my husband‘s direct cremation. Nothing was too much bother. He was warm and friendly and made the whole experience so much easier. I have to thank Mark from the Co Operative Funeralcare for his support, advice and expertise whilst we navigated the organisation of my dad's funeral. A difficult time was made easier by the knowledge, friendliness and attentiveness of Mark - which translated into the funeral itself. The team made the day truly memorable and the perfect celebration for our dad.

Mark was extremely caring and helpful. He made a difficult day enjoyable and gave my husband the sort of funeral he wanted. Anita Broad the Celebrant was wonderful helping us to celebrate my husband’s life. The flowers from Bud and Blade wear absolutely amazing. I can thoroughly recommend them.

My Brother and myself were helped through the difficult task of choosing a funeral for our beloved mother by Mark at the Uckfield office. He was very attentive, liaising regularly by telephone, and email. He politely answered my copious questions by email when my memory failed to recall what he had told me! He helped us find, plan, and deliver exactly the kind of service we required that celebrated her life. The Celebrant (Paul Cousens) we chose from those offered, was perfect. Her Seagrass casket and spray of flowers were so pretty. The 'gentle orchid' Order of Service booklets were very lovely too. The Crematorium at Wealden was perfect -easy to find for all that attended, whether by car or bus. It has good facilities and friendly staff. The co-op funeral team, under Mike the conductor for the day, were helpful, respectful and ready to assist any of us mourners. Everyone commented upon what a lovely service/celebration it was... (It is still being viewed on the download link two weeks after by relatives around the world.) So Thank you, from all of us! We took away a good memory of that day which helps us with our sad loss.
