Thank you to everyone for making mum's funeral so special. Karen and Amanda in Waterlooville were very kind and professional. The funeral was beautiful with all the team respectful in honouring mum yesterday, Monday the 23rd March. Janice the celebrant conducted the service with professionalism which was perfect. Many thanks again to everyone.

Our experience with the team was fantastic. Extremely helpful on first contacting the branch to inform of passing of my grandmother, Deep respect from the team that collected her. Karen at the branch was fantastic in helping arrange everything making it stress free (as best as can be in the time of losing a loved one). I highly recommend this team to assist with the care and respect they do of arranging the send off of a loved one.

Arranging funeral for my mum, I found Karen who assisted very kind and compassionate. She listened and advised. She also advised she would be caring for mum whilst she was sleeping at the coop. I felt reassured and at ease through out the process. On the of funeral day, the 2 ladies taking us to the crematorium following the hearse were very respectful of our feelings too. I must add that Karen makes great coffee too
