I cannot thank Jo, Fern and Sam enough for all the excellent support they gave me recently. It is very daunting arranging a funeral but everything was explained clearly and they took a lot of worry away from me. They can also help with the flowers and Order of Service. Although there is no pressure from the team to use all their services available, it took a lot of stress away from arranging these separately. Very friendly service shown with compassion too. Nothing was too much trouble and on the day everything went very smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Family Funeral Service, they really are very professional in all aspects.
