Myself and my sister recently lost our dad and we used The Heartfelt Funeral Company for his funeral. This is obviously a very tough time, but this difficult process was handled in such a compassionate and friendly manner. I cannot give enough compliments to both Donna and Ciaran for how they looked after us and made the whole process so smooth and stress free. We lost our mum a few years back and used a different funeral company, not that they did anything wrong but The Heartfelt Funeral Company just did everything very well. It is also nice to be able to use a local family run company. Thanks again to you all.

We felt from the start that Heartfelt looked after Mum with care and respect and were also very thoughtful of our feelings throughout.
