I don’t know how to really describe in words how grateful I am to the hole team for supporting us through the process of losing someone to needing to arrange a funeral when a person is still struggling with grief, but the hole team was so helpful and welcoming to the person who helped organise the funeral to the person who was with us until the end, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of all the family’s heart. The way they made sure if I was aware of everything to make sure that I had everything that my heart desired for the funeral to having the 2 hours of chapel for us to have our prayers with the priest to transporting my dad to the cremation place, honestly couldn’t ask for more specially Craig who was always making sure we were aware of everything to making sure we knew what was to happen next, thank you to the 6 men that helped carry my dad and how they were all amazing. Honestly thank you so much once again and for sure would recommend them for a funeral. Michelle, Elena and family ❤️

We cannot find enough words to describe how Wonderful The Heartfelt Funeral company were in carrying out my Grandad Jerry’s funeral. I knew from our first conversation that we were going to use them. To Chloe. You were an absolute dream. You were kind, warm and patient with us in what was the most difficult day of our lives. We didn’t know where to begin planning a funeral but you made sure everything was organised as we wanted and communicated with us consistently throughout. You guided us every step of the way. You are an asset to the team and i will remember you always for what you did for our family. To Maria; Thank you for being kind and allowing us time to view grandad before the funeral. He looked smart & handsome and it was the perfect way to remember him. A true representation of who he was. To the boys on the day of the funeral. You were kind & professional and treated us with the upmost respect and grace. The coffin & flowers were lovely and you organised them beautifully within the hearse. The procession was perfect and everything went smoothly. To everybody at the Heartfelt funeral Company, we are full of gratitude to you all for making the most difficult time, that little bit easier. I want to sincerely thank everyone at Heartfelt Funeral Company for their outstanding care and compassion, not only during my Nan’s funeral on 10th October 2025, but also for Pidge’s in December 2023. You helped us give them both the perfect send-off, and the support and attention to detail throughout have been second to none. You made my Nan look absolutely beautiful — calm, peaceful, and truly herself after three difficult years with dementia. Seeing her at peace brought me such comfort and I’ll be forever grateful. Maria has been an absolute diamond, always kind, patient, and ready to help. Kieran handled the funeral day with dignity and care, making everything run smoothly and giving us a final moment with Nan we’ll never forget. Im writing and posting this review on behalf of my nan MARY HUNTER as she doesn’t have a google account. Heartfelt Funeral Company recently supported my family and I with the burial of my son Stephen. They went above and beyond to help support me and my family with all aspects of the funeral arrangements. The whole experience while devastating was made as stress free as possible by the professionalism and caring nature of all staff especially Kieran & Donna. They were extremely kind, friendly and caring and could not do enough to support me and give my son the best send off possible. They never made me feel an inconvenience or just another number to add to the funerals they arranged. No detail was too much or not possible. They listened attentively and were patient and i was made to feel like my sons journey to his final resting place was given the most respect and priority. From their offer of bespoke coffins, wearing arsenal pins as a sign of respect and stopping traffic who attempted to cut up the funeral procession.
