I don’t know how to really describe in words how grateful I am to the hole team for supporting us through the process of losing someone to needing to arrange a funeral when a person is still struggling with grief, but the hole team was so helpful and welcoming to the person who helped organise the funeral to the person who was with us until the end, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of all the family’s heart. The way they made sure if I was aware of everything to make sure that I had everything that my heart desired for the funeral to having the 2 hours of chapel for us to have our prayers with the priest to transporting my dad to the cremation place, honestly couldn’t ask for more specially Craig who was always making sure we were aware of everything to making sure we knew what was to happen next, thank you to the 6 men that helped carry my dad and how they were all amazing. Honestly thank you so much once again and for sure would recommend them for a funeral. Michelle, Elena and family ❤️

We cannot find enough words to describe how Wonderful The Heartfelt Funeral company were in carrying out my Grandad Jerry’s funeral. I knew from our first conversation that we were going to use them. To Chloe. You were an absolute dream. You were kind, warm and patient with us in what was the most difficult day of our lives. We didn’t know where to begin planning a funeral but you made sure everything was organised as we wanted and communicated with us consistently throughout. You guided us every step of the way. You are an asset to the team and i will remember you always for what you did for our family. To Maria; Thank you for being kind and allowing us time to view grandad before the funeral. He looked smart & handsome and it was the perfect way to remember him. A true representation of who he was. To the boys on the day of the funeral. You were kind & professional and treated us with the upmost respect and grace. The coffin & flowers were lovely and you organised them beautifully within the hearse. The procession was perfect and everything went smoothly. To everybody at the Heartfelt funeral Company, we are full of gratitude to you all for making the most difficult time, that little bit easier. I want to sincerely thank everyone at Heartfelt Funeral Company for their outstanding care and compassion, not only during my Nan’s funeral on 10th October 2025, but also for Pidge’s in December 2023. You helped us give them both the perfect send-off, and the support and attention to detail throughout have been second to none. You made my Nan look absolutely beautiful — calm, peaceful, and truly herself after three difficult years with dementia. Seeing her at peace brought me such comfort and I’ll be forever grateful. Maria has been an absolute diamond, always kind, patient, and ready to help. Kieran handled the funeral day with dignity and care, making everything run smoothly and giving us a final moment with Nan we’ll never forget. At what can only be described as one of the most challenging times a family can go through, we genuinely have nothing but gratitude to everyone that looked after us from The Heartfelt Funeral Company in the lead up to my brothers cremation. From the moment we engaged with them, we were guided and supported by Maria and Kieran ,and their colleagues. Nothing was too much trouble and their professionalism in the lead up to the funeral took away much stress and anxiety for our family. Family wishes were carefully considered at each stage of planning the celebration of my brother’s life. They offered a full wrap around service for us. They helped us find the right celebrant and organised the design and printing of the order of service. On the day of the service Kieran choreographed the cortege with professionalism and sensitivity with particular care being given to my elderly mum. As a family we would have no hesitation in recommending them. We thank them all for their care and kindness and undeniable professionalism.
