From the very first meeting, Maria was compassionate, understanding, and always available to answer any questions we had. She guided us through every step of the process with care and sensitivity, making a challenging situation much easier to manage. All of the staff were fantastic—respectful, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring everything was handled perfectly. Their attention to detail and the dignity they showed throughout meant so much to our family. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a funeral director who truly cares and goes above and beyond to support families during their time of need. We cannot thank The Heartfelt Funeral Company enough for the care and compassion they showed our family during such a difficult time. From the moment we first picked up the phone, we were met with genuine empathy, patience, and understanding. Donna was truly a superstar — she guided us through everything with such kindness and reassurance, supporting us every step of the way at a time when this was all completely new to us. Kieron also came to our home the day before the funeral to carefully plan the logistics, as our grandmother was coming home one last time. He took the time to discuss where her coffin should be placed and the direction she should be positioned in accordance with our Hindu practices, which meant a great deal to us. On the day of the funeral, Kieron and the team were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and respect. As a Hindu family, it meant so much to us that they instinctively removed their shoes when entering the house — such a small but deeply meaningful gesture that showed true understanding and care. Both of their premises were spotless and beautifully maintained, something our grandmother would have truly appreciated. Most importantly, our grandmother was treated with such dignity and respect throughout. At a time filled with grief, pain, and something we had all been dreading, The Heartfelt Funeral Company truly lived up to their name. No amount of thanks will ever be enough for the beautiful send-off they gave our grandma.

I don’t know how to really describe in words how grateful I am to the hole team for supporting us through the process of losing someone to needing to arrange a funeral when a person is still struggling with grief, but the hole team was so helpful and welcoming to the person who helped organise the funeral to the person who was with us until the end, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of all the family’s heart. The way they made sure if I was aware of everything to make sure that I had everything that my heart desired for the funeral to having the 2 hours of chapel for us to have our prayers with the priest to transporting my dad to the cremation place, honestly couldn’t ask for more specially Craig who was always making sure we were aware of everything to making sure we knew what was to happen next, thank you to the 6 men that helped carry my dad and how they were all amazing. Honestly thank you so much once again and for sure would recommend them for a funeral. Michelle, Elena and family ❤️

We cannot find enough words to describe how Wonderful The Heartfelt Funeral company were in carrying out my Grandad Jerry’s funeral. I knew from our first conversation that we were going to use them. To Chloe. You were an absolute dream. You were kind, warm and patient with us in what was the most difficult day of our lives. We didn’t know where to begin planning a funeral but you made sure everything was organised as we wanted and communicated with us consistently throughout. You guided us every step of the way. You are an asset to the team and i will remember you always for what you did for our family. To Maria; Thank you for being kind and allowing us time to view grandad before the funeral. He looked smart & handsome and it was the perfect way to remember him. A true representation of who he was. To the boys on the day of the funeral. You were kind & professional and treated us with the upmost respect and grace. The coffin & flowers were lovely and you organised them beautifully within the hearse. The procession was perfect and everything went smoothly. To everybody at the Heartfelt funeral Company, we are full of gratitude to you all for making the most difficult time, that little bit easier. You went above and beyond and treated Grandad like he was your own family.
