Following the tragic and untimely death of our son we contracted The Martins to handle the funeral arrangements on our behalf. Everything was handled efficiently and with sensitivity. A special thank you to Vicky who coordinated all the arrangements, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks also to Ian and the team who took care of everything on the day of the funeral. Although funeral arrangements are their business I cannot recommend The Martins highly enough they made things that little bit easier for us at such a difficult time.

We were so impressed by the service we received from the first minute we walked into the Martins. Vicky handled all of our questions and made the process alot more bearable she was always available and always willing to help. On the day it's self l have nothing but praise for Ian and his team they all made the day exceptional and guides us through thr process of the day. The Martins suggested a Celebrant, Ian, who again was the nicest person we could have asked for to do Mums service. Overall 110% happy with the service, thank you to everyone at The Martins and would highly recommend them.

Martins have just organised the funeral for one of my parents, having dealt with the funeral for the first some 12 years ago. My experience across both was one of calm and understated excellence and of absolute attention to detail. The whole process was simplified to take stress and strain from our family; many thanks to Adrian and Vicky. I have no hesitation in recommending Martins.

I just wanna say what an AMAZING service the Martins provided from start to finish. No words can describe how brilliant these guys were, I want to thank Vicky,Ian,Adrian,Natalie and Clive for making my brothers final days go as well as they could. Nothing was to much and they accommodated our every need, no matter how big or small. Ensuring they paid attention to every detail (even those out of their control) Making sure the day went well and took off all the pressure. The Martins went above and beyond in every way possible. I will never be able to thank you enough. Ian you are a top bloke mate and someone we will never forget!

Martins Funeral Directors have been so helpful and caring in the process of arranging my mums funeral and on the day itself. Vicky has walked me through the whole process of getting everything sorted. I hadn't a clue what to do but Vicky was patient in explaining everything to me and the family when we needed help understanding what to do next. Natalie made us a beautiful order of service and the flowers that were arranged for us were stunning. Ian & Graham drove myself and the close family in the limousine to the crematorium and handled the procession with decorum and respect. They kept us up to date when we had to wait for the chapel to clear from the previous service and they handled all the preparation with flowers and order of service to ensure everything was setup for us. They kept us up to date all throughout the day. Even when my sister needed some more time to process before entering the chapel - they gave her time and allowed her to regain composure before we carried on. They were really professional throughout the day. We really recommend their services and want to thank them for all the hard work they put into making our day a little easier. Thanks so much Vicky, Natalie, Ian & Graham
