The Searson family recognise that when we lose someone special, a funeral is more than just a time to say farewell. There are so many memories to reflect upon, good times share, love and laughter to be remembered, making a funeral equally a celebration of the life lived. What is the size of any upfront deposit required?

Third-party fees only.

When must I pay the upfront deposit?

3 working days before the funeral.

How long will I have to pay the final balance?

14 days after the funeral.

What are my options for paying the deposit and final balance?

You can pay via Cash, Cheque, Debit Card, Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?

No there is no additional charge for late payment although we encourage payment as soon as possible.

If I change my mind after engaging you as my funeral director, will you charge me (and if so, how much)?

There is no cancellation charge.
