The Searson family did an excellent job when we were arranging my Dads funeral. Debi and Abby were so helpful and considerate at a very sad time for our family. Andy did a great job conducting the service . Seasons had already helped with my brother Neils funeral four years ago so we had no worries about using them again. Thanks again to the whole family from all of us.

The Searson Family were incredibly supportive from start to finish. My wife died at home.We had made no arrangements with a funeral director, as we were not expecting this. We phoned Searson's fairly late in the evening, after the medical team had certified her death. Debi was so kind and sympathetic and despatched two of her team to collect my wife's body. They handled her with so much respect and care, and spoke so sensitively to us, as we were all in a state of shock. This wonderful caring approach continued at every stage of the arrangements for her funeral. When we met up with Debi in the Copner Office, she gave us a lot of time and went through all the options we could have to make the funeral the right one to commemorate my wife's life fully. They gave me a lot of time to choose photos for the order of service book and a visual tribute. When it came to choosing the music, they tracked down all the pieces I wanted, and let me provide an obscure one. The funeral itself was carried out perfectly, on time, with dignity, and ran so smoothly and discretely it made our day so much easier to cope with. So many people approached me after the funeral to say how moved they were by it all. Dealing with Debi and Abby on the phone was so easy. In fact I would like to thank the whole family for lightening our unbearable load. I can only utterly recommend them, I wish I could do more to show how grateful we are to this amazing family and their team!

Cannot recommend Searsons enough. Because it’s a family based business it has the feel of being amongst friends from the beginning. They are patient and kind whilst dealing with people going through a difficult and emotional time. I have always found them to be very supportive and helpful and they make you feel like you’re being carried through this difficult time. Every detail was taken care of in a professional and kind way. The whole team are respectful and kind .

I am so pleased I went with the Searsons for my Dad's funeral, I was so overwhelmed with everything and Debi and Abby just made it all so easy, they were compassionate, understanding, kind, everytime I thought a question I had was silly, I was assured that it was OK and normal to feel how I was feeling. I had complete control of every choice but they were right on hand for guidance and advice, prices are all openly available, and nothing was too much trouble. And when it came to the funeral, Andy conducted the service in a way that was perfect for my Dad, the order of service books were absolutely beautiful, all in all the whole family made the whole process comfortable for me, something you need when going through the grief of losing a loved one. I know my Dad would have been well chuffed with how it all went! Thank you to the whole family, I'll constantly recommend The Searson Family Funeral Service in the future.
