What is the size of any upfront deposit required?
We do not require a deposit.
When must I pay the upfront deposit?

How long will I have to pay the final balance?
We invoice for all charges 2-3 weeks following the funeral. We require payment within 60 days of this. For direct cremations, we require the payment 2 days in advance of the funeral.
What are my options for paying the deposit and final balance?
We accept payment by bank transfer, card payment (over the phone or in branch). We also accept cash or cheque. Payment in instalments is possible upon discussion with the funeral director.
Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?
If you fail to pay us in full on the due date we reserve the right to add interest on all outstanding accounts;
a) at a rate of 4% above our bank’s base rate;
b) calculated (on a daily basis) from the date of our account until payment;
c) compounded on the first day of each month; and
d) before and after any judgement (unless a Court orders otherwise).
If I change my mind after engaging you as my funeral director, will you charge me (and if so, how much)?
If our services are terminated, you will be invoiced for all third party charges which we have paid or are committed to. You will also have to pay our charges according to the below scale:
a) within two days of due date - 100% of fees payable;
a) within a week of due date - 80% of fees payable;
a) within two weeks of due date - 50% of fees payable.
