I had come across them through my work ... I could sense a business built on real family values , people who carry out a very personal service for a loved one with complete professionalism & empathy. Nothing was to much trouble .. Kelly organised my mother's funeral recently - it's clear to say its a difficult time dealing with such a loss but her Care & attention to detail speaks volumes for the business .... the whole team are excellent in how they go about their work ... everything went to plan & my mother had a fitting end to her life .. so I say to anyone out there reading this review... if you want the best service for a loved one ... don't hesitate to use Tom Owen & Son Funeral Directors ... I can not put into words how grateful I am for the way they arranged my Mum's funeral. Without Kelly and the team I wouldn't have known where to start. All my queries were answered promptly, no matter what time of day. Small details, that I'd never have thought of, were taken care of, like colour co-ordinating the Service Sheet for the funeral, with the flowers we had chosen to accompany Mum on her last journey. From taking Mum to their Chapel of Rest, discussing the flowers, the service and the refreshments afterwards nothing was too much trouble.
