Tomalin & Son Funeral Directors is a long-established, family-run funeral business based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. With roots stretching back many generations, the business has been managed by the Jones family since 1952, when Alan Anderson Jones purchased it from Mr Tomalin. Now in its third generation of family ownership, the business is run by Bruce and Claire Jones, who bring decades of combined experience and a deeply personal approach to every funeral they arrange.
Located at Anderson House, 38 Reading Road, Tomalin & Son offers a comprehensive and tailored service designed to reflect the individual personality of the deceased, as well as the wishes and requirements of their family. The team provides support with a wide range of funeral options including cremation, burial, direct cremation, simple services, non-religious funerals, and eco-friendly natural burial funerals. They also assist with coffins, hearses, horse-drawn carriages, receptions, wakes, ashes, and funeral stationery.
Tomalin & Son pride themselves on offering a warm, caring and professional service at what is always a difficult time. Their offices in Reading Road are purpose-built and feature ample on-site parking for the convenience of clients. A manned telephone service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ensuring families can always reach someone when they need support most. They also offer pre-paid funeral plans in partnership with Golden Charter.
