You never think you will have to make funeral arrangements, but life can be cruel and take your loved one suddenly. I was confused, upset, and not sure where to turn. Tony , Christine and all team guided us through everything with such patient and kindness. It helped me focus on celebrating the life of my mam rather than just the sadness of the loss. Our family lost our Grandad Richard. From first call to funeral cant thank them enough. Carol took initial call and put your mind at rest. Chris funeral director was very down to earth on funeral arrangement and explained all the option we have to choose from. Funeral we chose, allowed us to use some of it to put towards other things like flowers, catering. Tony his self conducted funeral as our family use his services before. We had plenty time to visit and grandad was looking very peacefully like in sleep. Funeral went smoothly. We forgot to tell that we wanted donation in memory of our grandad Richard. Tony sep in as he had donation box with him in funeral hearse, so it was available at crematorium. Thank you again for small touch like collecting our cards from flowers. Its mean a lot. Thank you all for everything you have done for our family.
