Emma was professional and polite throughout the process of arranging our mother's funeral, from incorporating her requests, to the logistics when the day arrived. Emma was always prompt to respond to any queries we had, ensuring the process was smooth and made us feel in safe hands

Torbay and District Funeral Services handled my dad’s funeral. They were very kind and helpful through the whole process. We spoke mainly to Bonnie and Emma and they were lovely and happy to accommodate any requests that we had. My dad wasn’t religious so the service was carried out by a Celebrant, Charles, who was wonderful and did a great job of capturing my dad. Everyone said what a lovely service it was. My dad had taken out a funeral plan through Choices which meant everything was pretty much taken care of which also made everything easier. I would highly recommend Torbay and District, thank you for your help and support during a very emotional and difficult time. Michelle and family.
