After losing my uncle I needed to sort all his affairs and arrange a funeral for him, which I’d never done before. I telephoned Trafford Lowe at Somercotes after so many recommendations from friends and family, I met later that same day with Ray and Claire, they were fantastic. After I’d tested the water I took my grandmother (my uncles mother of 81 years) to see them and talk things through with her also. You simply couldn’t ask for more, Claire was so sympathetic towards my grandmother, taking time and understanding. From the funeral cars arriving with my uncle to the moment they dropped us off, it was more than I could of imagined. I can’t really find words to describe how they took care of everything for us, very professional, very presentable/smart and very respectful. Ray asked my grandmother how they’d done for her son, she replied “perfect, that was perfect.” I can only say at such a heart breaking time, I thank you from my heart for such an amazing service that will always be remembered, Jason
