What is the size of any upfront deposit required?
You'll need to pay a minimum of 50% of the total estimated funeral cost of the funeral.
When must I pay the upfront deposit?
Deposit is required within 72 hours of making the funeral arrangements. If you've chosen a direct cremation or direct burial you'll need to pay for these funerals in full within 48 hours of making the arrangements.
How long will I have to pay the final balance?
We require full payment within 3 weeks of the funeral
What are my options for paying the deposit and final balance?
You can pay over the phone or at your local funeral home. We accept cash, credit and debit card payments
Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?
If payment of the final invoice becomes an issue, please let us know straight away so that we can work with you to pay the outstanding balance. If the final invoice remains unpaid, we may engage a third-party company to collect the balance on our behalf, this could also mean taking court action. Should this occur, you will become liable for additional fees, charges, and interest.
