She really went above and beyond and was such a great comfort and reassurance through all parts of the process. The team on the day of the celebration of life led by David were absolutely fantastic as well, making sure everything went smoothly. A few attendees after also commented how respectful W Sherry were to my Dad and it comforts me so much with how much care he has been given after his passing. I would like to thank W Sherry & Sons for their excellent care and attention to detail. When my friend Mike passed away, the funeral arrangements were not exactly straightforward, but W Sherry & Sons went out of their way to make every step of the process as easy as possible. Sian, in particular, was so caring and helpful. Through all the logistical complications, she went above and beyond to ensure not only that Mike was looked after, but that I was kept informed at every step. Even when there were issues with repatriating his ashes and it was no longer their responsibility, she still checked in with me to make sure everything had been resolved and that Mike had finally reached his home soil (and his family) safely. I don't have words big enough for the gratitude I feel for the care they provided.
