We would like to thank Sian for all her help during a very difficult few months. I went to see her at the beginning of the year to make advanced funeral plans for my mum. She was incredibly compassionate and informative about the whole process. She made sure we understood every aspect and answered all our questions.In our time of need, Sian handled everything we needed and took great care of my mum. They were amazing on the day of her funeral too.Sian in particular was so kind, caring and compassionate throughout. We can't thank her enough for being there for our family.
