As overwhelming as planning a loved one’s funeral can be, we felt we were in safe hands with Nicky from the first time we met her. She has been so helpful, thoughtful and efficient. The other services recommended by her: flowers (Lauren), celebrant (Emma) and the conductor (David) all offered a five star service. We were able to give our loved one the send off she truly deserved thanks to all of you. You made a very difficult time a little easier.

Nicky Sims was really wonderful in guiding us through the whole process. Her warmth, caring and beautiful nature make the whole experience so much easier to deal with. We would also like to thank Neil who contacted us on the morning to explain the days layout and if we had any question he would be on hand. Both the celebrant Barbara Sharma and the florist Lauren were lovely to deal with and at all times we never had any worries, which was a much appreciated.
