Ida is wonderful so friendly and professional. She made everything so easy. She is very caring and is with you every step of the way. She goes above and beyond. My family would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for everything she did. We are truly grateful.

The excellent level of service provided by Justin, Ida, Andy and the lady at Sudbury Hill. Especially Justin and Ida with whom I interacted with most. Made me feel comfortable and supported me as I was going through the unexpected loss of my husband. They guided me to as I was not ready/ prepared to do the funeral of my beloved husband whom I lost so suddenly. Thank you Justin and Ida for all your support and guidance. Thank you Andy for lovely peaceful set up at the chapel of rest for my husband and to you and the team that presented my husband with dignity he looked so lovely and peaceful. A very special mention has to go to Ida, who supported us through the entire process with such kindness, compassion and professionalism. During what is an incredibly difficult time, Ida made everything feel manageable. She guided us gently every step of the way, always taking the time to explain things clearly and making sure we felt supported and reassured. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her care and understanding truly made a difference to us. On the day itself, the drivers and all staff were equally outstanding — respectful, organised and so professional, helping everything run smoothly and with dignity. It gave us real peace of mind knowing everything was in such safe hands. The whole team went above and beyond, but Ida in particular is truly exceptional. My family have used this branch over the last 30 odd years. Absolutely amazing staff, 100% professional, thoughtful and caring to each individual needs. The Director, Ida Anderson will see you through from start to finish, nothing was or is too much. My mum had already paid for her funeral and I just had to go in and commence the process. When she realized who it was, she did shed a tear or 2 ( and it was genuine! ) She remembered my Mum because of her song choices, one being Lady Gaga - Bad Romance, this is when Ida realized it was my Mum. So, anyone living in the area looking for decent funeral directors ( which have been going over 100 years ) I can hand on heart recommend W Sherry & Sons, Ruislip Road East in Greenford.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Ida and to Loretta. They were both excellent, warm, friendly and very professional. Ida was on the end of the phone for all my questions.. Loretta was too, she was my main point of contact for coming into see my loved one before the funeral. She made it a perfect experience and something that will stay with me for ever - for the right reasons. On the day the funeral was perfect too.
