Nicola and her team really care about their work and provide such a professional, intimate service. The death of a loved one is a horrendous experience but you could not wish for a better funeral director. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service for my dad, Michael Ridley.Lynne & her staff were fabulous throughout the whole process and they made a bad situation a lot easier immediately from the morning my dad passed away! They took care of everything. As a family we would extremely highly recommend. All staff members were very professional but showed empathy & compassion from the start and throughout. We went for the basic package and it was all gorgeous and much more then we expected. The cars were stunning and just perfect. We can't thank you all enough, everything was perfect and completely stress & hassel free.Thank you so much.

After visiting a few funeral directors, I just instantly knew when we saw Lynne at the Old Durham Road office in 2016 that they were the ones to go with. She was professional, caring, considerate, supportive & compassionate. Our whole experience from car choice, coffins, vicars to how my mum looked in The Chapel of Rest etc..... was impeccable. I cannot recommend them enough especially through very difficult and stressful times, and will use them again when we need to.

Outstanding service and care from the moment we made contact. Lynne's natural warmth and kindness inspired trust, a certainty that she and her team had every detail of the process covered. She was never too busy to talk; nothing was too much trouble. The funeral was exactly as we wanted. It was perfect.
