Welham Jones, Chislehurst

I cannot thank Welham Jones enough for making the hardest time of my life a little easier. Having lost my mum, a friend recommended that I speak to Sharon at Welham Jones about the funeral, and I am so glad she did. I really didn’t know anything about organising a funeral, and I was quite nervous about going in, but Sharon instantly put me at ease. She was so understanding, caring, helpful, and easy to talk to. She guided me through everything when I had no idea where to start. I’ll always be grateful to Sharon and for helping me through such a difficult time. On the day, the whole team were professional, compassionate, and respectful, which made all the difference. I would highly recommend them.

Dad’s funeral was handled brilliantly from the moment we enquired in the Chislehurst branch! Robin and Sharon were amazing! Once we decided upon Welham Jones everything was made simple, removing the stress and nothing was too much trouble, they dealt with everything! They arranged collecting dad, as he had passed away in hospital, and then began organising everything else. From designing the Order of Service, contacting the priest, arranging the organist, help with choosing the funeral package and deciding on the coffin and cars, everything was handled brilliantly On the day, Janet and the team were absolutely brilliant, arriving early and taking the time to explain every step that would take place. The cars were luxurious and we took a slow drive to the church arriving early, the day could not have been more perfect. Thanks to Welham Jones, I feel that dad received the send off he deserved, I would highly recommend their services.

The level of service, professionalism and compassion from Welham Jones was beyond all expectation. Sharon in particular is so very approachable, kind and patient. Sharon understood completely what we envisaged for honouring my Mother and managed everything so efficiently. She made what is a difficult time in life so bearable and left us with a sense of pride in how we were able to honour my Mother. Simon and Sharon made sure the funeral and all the arrangements went smoothly. I cannot Thank them enough everything was impeccable and we felt very supported throughout the whole process.

We used Welham Jones for my mother's funeral and we couldn't have had a more professional, caring and helpful experience from Sharon in the office and the rest of the staff - Janet and Michelle - at a time when we were all feeling low because of our loss. They helped us throughout the process and were there whenever we needed anything. Thoroughly recommend them.

My mother passed away quite recently. Having never had to deal with a funeral before, I was not looking forward to dealing with this part. My wife and I walked into Welham Jones and was greeted by the lovely Sharon, in the Chislehurst branch. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Everything was spot on and they were all incredibly sympathetic and caring. I mean this in the nicest possible way, I hope not to see them in the near future but if I do I would definitely be back in contact with them.
