From beginning to end, the service was excellent. At such a difficult time, we were treated with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. The team was realistic, attentive, and truly listened to what we wanted, always respecting our views. I would 100% recommend Welham Jones. Donna at the Swanley Branch dealt with my mums funeral with the upmost care and consideration. If it wasn’t for Donna I don’t think I would have been able to cope as well as I did. My mums funeral was a beautiful day made all the better by Welham Jones and their wonderful staff. Very grateful indeed.
