West & Sons recently provided the funeral arrangements for my wife Gerri and I know that she would have been as delighted as me with the way such a difficult time was handled with respect and compassion from start to finish. Giles in particular went above and beyond what could reasonaby be expected to ensure that every detail, from the colour of the coffin, the particular hearse and the photographic tributes, was just rght. Even David's attire at the funeral was just the right balance of respect and colour. I cannot thank him and his family enough and would not hesitate to recommend their services to any one.

A huge thank you to Giles and his family who looked after my husband with the utmost respect and attention to detail. From the moment I walked to West and Sons Funeral Directors in Hertford I knew I had chosen the right people to take care of all the arrangements that need doing at this difficult and emotional time. Nothing was too much trouble and every detail I had wanted was arranged. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they made a truly devastating situation so much easier and the day itself was exactly how I wanted it, all thanks to West and Sons.
