Excellent Funeral Directors 10/10 Our dad had organised his direct cremation package via Plan with Grace and White Rose were the ones who carried out the actual funeral cremation. Sadly 6 months later our mother passed away and because the service was really good for my dad, I wanted to see if we could have the same funeral directors again and luckily, we could. White Rose delivered such an exceptional and stunning service for both our parents. Dad's direct cremation experience: - All the communication was really respectful and courteous throughout, very high quality which was really important for us. - Everything was explained to us, and they always answered any question we had which put us at ease throughout. - Having dads ashes home delivered privately was really nice and it was done exactly on time. Mom's traditional funeral experience: - White Rose were really supportive when dealing with us and they even remembered dad which was nice. - WR Jane was also our celebrant, and we liked how she came out to meet me and my sister at home to learn more about our mom for when she did the speech on the day. She then went away with all the information and she was really able to get a great picture of who mom was as a person. The way Jane captured our mom's essence without ever meeting her 'alive', was something else. Jane has a gift for the line of work she is in and I was so pleased that we found White Rose. - The service on the day was beautiful and actually perfect. The WR team arrived to our home as we had booked to have a hearse and a limo following mom to the cemetery. The gentleman she came with were dressed all smart and were really respectful. They treat my mom like a queen, and my family with the greatest respect, I had never experienced anything like it! I always thought over the years that you don't talk about funerals, they're sad, etc but this was not that, it was a great way to appreciate mom's life. - One of the gentlemen who drove our limo behind the hearse was so lovely and I felt comfortable with him. He was friendly, and I felt he really cared about his role. At such on occasion I think you need the right people who are strong, experienced and supportive and WR were all of this and more! - The funeral speech from Jane the Director and the celebrant was beyond words, it was stunning. - They even thought to drive mom one last time past her family home on the way to the cemetery which was another really beautiful touch. There's loads more I could say, but I don't want to make it too long, but I think what stands out for me with WR is their attention to detail and the quality of the team. The big things are great, but it's the little things that take a service to another level. I would feel confident in recommending White Rose Funeral Directors to family and friends. Jane, did a fantastic job of our cousin's funeral. It wasn't an easy job putting the programme together given his mental and physical health. She was kind and courteous throughout as was the other two gentlemen on the day. Jane kept things running smoothly and we couldn't have asked for a better service. The compassion stephen and Jane showed me from when I made enquiries to the actual day of my brothers funeral was outstanding , I cannot recommend these guys enough all of them we're brilliant , kind and caring , they made sure I was kept up to date and made sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I can’t thank Jane and Steven enough for the care they took of my wonderful husband. The time they took to talk and support me through the nightmare of John’s funeral. The Chapel is a calm and tranquil place to visit your loved ones. They are looked after with care and dignity. Jane meet with us at the start and was there all the way through, she spent time with us to get to know what my husband was like. The service was wonderful, everyone said it captured John to a tea and that he would have loved it. Cannot recommended White Rose highly enough. Thank you so much from all of us.

I can not thank Jane and Stephen enough for the special and very personal funeral they provided for my Mum today. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They gave us all the time we needed to talk about Mum and what we would like for the service. They provided us with very special touches that we had never thought of. Attention to detail in everything they did. They wanted everything perfect for us . Treat Mum with the upmost respect and us. Had as much time to visit with Mum as we needed. Jane really listened to all our stories and gave the loveliest eulogy. A true celebration of Mums life. They made the hardest day of my life easier as I knew everything was in hand and it would be the best and most personal send off possible. They truly love what they do and it shows.
