I cannot thank Suzie (Yardley branch) enough for her compassion, kindness and guidance, from collecting dad in the middle of the night, right through to the funeral. Her support was unwavering and nothing was too much trouble. A professional service delivered with a personal touch. I dont know how we would have got through this heartbreaking time without her.Thank you, Suzie, you have been a guiding light at the darkest moment of our lives. From Malcolm Dempster's family.

Faultless service from start to finish with genuine, caring staff. The Chapel of Rest at Yardley is simply beautiful. We visited twice and on both occasions the lady knocked the door very gently and whispered ‘hello *name*, you have a visitor’. This was such a wonderful touch, so respectful. Please continue to do this for families. On the day of the funeral itself, the staff were courteous, helpful and highly professional but everything was done with a very friendly and human touch which we appreciated. They made a difficult day bearable.Special thank you to Katie (Yardley) and Emma (Dovehouse) for all that you did and I’m glad we chose Painters to look after our dad x

They say first Impressions are the most important and to me they are, today myself and my husband came to William h painter at yardely to say our goodbyes to nan! The staff were so welcoming. They took us threw to see nan she was in the orchid room and the level of respect shown to nan was so heart warming, the door was knocked before entering and the lady addressed nan To say she had visitors. They informed us of a side room if we needed a little time and made sure we were OK! From our experience today I couldn't recommend them enough thank you for today you made a hard day for us alot more comfortable and it was so nice knowing nan is in such caring hands ❤

I can’t recommend the Yardley branch highly enough. The staff we dealt with, Helen and Katie, were absolutely fantastic. They helped guide us through the whole process, they were professional but at the same time very friendly and caring. They put us at ease and made the process of arranging dad’s funeral so simple, which is just what we needed as we have never done this before. They genuinely made us feel like we were important and that the care of dad was their top priority. Every single time I spoke to them they asked how we were and how mom was doing. I just can’t fault them and I’d be more than happy for them to take care of me when the time comes!
