I cannot thank Suzie (Yardley branch) enough for her compassion, kindness and guidance, from collecting dad in the middle of the night, right through to the funeral. Her support was unwavering and nothing was too much trouble. A professional service delivered with a personal touch. Faultless service from start to finish with genuine, caring staff.The Chapel of Rest at Yardley is simply beautiful. We visited twice and on both occasions the lady knocked the door very gently and whispered ‘hello *name*, you have a visitor’. This was such a wonderful touch, so respectful. Please continue to do this for families.On the day of the funeral itself, the staff were courteous, helpful and highly professional but everything was done with a very friendly and human touch which we appreciated.
