Honestly at the worst time in your life and never having to plan a funeral before, I can only thank Cheryl at Castle Bromwich and the rest of the team at Yardley from the bottom of my heart. From planning, to keeping me updated, offering guidance and support. You have to be a really special person to do this job and they were all absolutely amazing. I never felt like I was alone, or any question was silly

I would certainly recommend W H Painter as a very good Funeral Director to make the stressful process of arranging a funeral so much easier. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent

Funeral directors? You’re a disgrace Your staff and the celebrant totally left my nephew and great nephew out of their father’s and grandfather’s funeral today you were absolutely unprofessional and your staff were more focused on pandering to people who had not seen or bothered with the deceased I hope you feel good about this. Your staffs attitude to my nephew and his family was disgraceful. You were told the deceased had an elder son and you chose to ignore this. Would I ever use these directors ? Never

The kind, considerate and efficient staff made the process of organising my mother-in-laws funeral as smooth and painless as possible. They explained the whole process clearly and simply, and guided us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
