Emma and Helen could not have been more helpful in the organising of my Aunt's funeral at the Solihull Branch. The second time the family have used the services of William H Painter. The day ran smoothly with Trevor, the service just as we had requested with no issue at all. The celebrant Jackie was just so helpful too.Thank you so much we are so grateful that you made my Aunt's celebration of life a memorable one to all.Julie & Jim and family.

Frankie Campbell the celebrant was professional and sympathetic in her delivery of the service. But all the team gave excellent support and advice at every step.

Emma dealt with the Funeral of my father in March 2019 and I had no doubts to return on the death of my mother in November 2022. She is excellent. She guided us through the process and we felt a weight had been lifted on our return home. The communication and attention to fine detail meant the funeral ran perfectly and gave a dear mother a good send off. The Reverend was also excellent and they worked together well. On the day of the funeral Victoria took control and handled the procedure and family very well.Thankyou.

Emma Welch was absolutely incredible. From the first moment I spoke to Emma after grandad passed and throughout the whole process I felt great empathy and compassion. Every single email and phone conversation showed a human and personal interaction even down to the small details. Emma truly listened to the conversations we had and supported in every way she could. I don’t know what we would of done without her
