"I arranged for the funeral of my Sister and met with Nancy to arrange everything, even though I live over 150 miles away the process was made very easy, all questions were answered very promptly and clearly. Nancy had to contact me a few times to check on the fine detail of my family requirements. On the day I met James at my parents home and he showed so much dignity and respect for my late sister, at the last moment my Father was unable to accompany us to the Crematorium however this was not a problem for James, he simply advised that we could collect my Father on the way back to the church service. Even though it was a very sad time thing were made so simple and easy by James and the team from William Pressdee Funeralcare."
