Liz and Anna have been incredible suppport to us, they have gone above and beyond. They have been supportive and i dont know how we would have got through a lot of the problems we faced without them. Caroline and the team at funeral were wonderful so helpful and supportive on the day. I cannot thank you enough and would recommend anyone to come to you when faced with the loss of a loved one

My sister and would like to say thank you for the help and professionalism you gave to us at this very sad time. The funeral itself was a lovely tribute to Mum, she would have loved the service and the celebrant was very kind and caring. Thank you again Kerry to you and your staff for making this sad time a special and fitting ending to a wonderful life .

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you personally for making a very difficult situation as easy as possible for us all. Everyone involved was superb and as much as I hate to say it, it really was a wonderful send off. We got everything we know he would have wanted and I know under the circumstances and due to his age it not only touched us but you guys as well. We will be eternally grateful for the compassion that you showed us and you made it clear its not just a job for you, its something very worthwhile and something you put your heart and soul into. You really do make a difference.

Thank you so much for what you did to make mum’s funeral service go so smoothly. In the current circumstances I know the lockdown has made things so difficult for you in the way you normal handle things but yesterday couldn’t have gone better, apart from us not being able to have more family and friends there. The weather was perfect, the cemetery so lovely and peaceful and the professionalism and respect you showed Mum and the family was appreciated so much. In the absence of other family and friends it was lovely to have you standing with us. As we said yesterday, one of the worse things about the current restrictions is not being able to give anyone a hug, but this comes with a big virtual hug for you x
