We chose woking funeral services as they had previouslydealt with both my nan and grandad . I had personally been recommended to use the knaphill branch and the services of lorna. We received the upmost care and comparison from lorna from our first meeting until the day of mums funeral ..lorna dealt with everything so professionally and helped us with planning the whole funeral process.Not only did she look after us but also showed full respect in looking after mum aswell ..I must mention sam the funeral director and his team they did a fantastic job on the day with upmost professionalism and care under very hard circumstances . I wish to thank you all from the bottom of my heart . I couldn't reccomend woking funeral services more highly ..

From start to finish the service was excellent. Such caring staff. (Lorna in the office at Knaphill) was so caring and looked after my mum with care and compassion. So organised with everything. Sam who attended my mothers funeral was organised and kept everything in control and guided us on what to do and when. I’m so happy I chose Woking funeral service. It made it so much easier for us as a family as they took care of everything for us and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again Lorna, Sam and the team!
