A G Down were so kind, respectful and empathetic and gave my lovely Dad a beautiful funeral. They were so helpful from start to finish and I highly recommend them. Karen, Jason and Katherine especially were lovely. My Dad was respected and treated in a way I shan’t forget. They thought of things I hadn’t, and to stop at his home on the way to the crematorium for his last goodbye and for the neighbors as well, was so special. Thank you 🙏

A.G. Downs were our first and immediate choice to organise and conduct my mother's funeral, as they had directed my father's funeral several years ago, which went very well. The staff were all sensitive, caring and polite throughout the process of collecting and looking after my mother, facilitating viewings in the chapel right up to the day of her burial. On the day of the funeral, Jason conducted the funeral very smoothly and was extremely kind, un-hurried and also very good at directing the family members in the process of carrying the coffin into the church and then to the grave after the service for my mother's committal. There were a large number of mourners and they were all very well organised, both inside and outside the church The funeral went very smoothly and we are very grateful to Down's, who did not disappoint us in this.
