Providing a caring service with compassion, dignity and transparency is something we pride ourselves on, while offering choice and flexibility wherever possible. We will always collect the body of the person who has died as soon as possible and bring them into our care, and will ensure that family and friends are able to visit or spend time with their loved one in a way that feels right for them.
"They helped us to make the whole day and process really personal and special, and it was a world away from old school funerals. They clearly care about what they do and this shows. They were very open and were contactable at any time which helped hugely in organising everything."
— Amy Hassett (about Manon and Louise)
"Their gentle manner and complete accommodation of all of our needs helped to make this challenging time a little easier. You, and more importantly, your loved one who has passed, are in very safe, caring hands."
— Corrie Fielding (about Manon and Louise)
"They are both down to earth girls, who show empathy, care and love towards you. To picking her up from the home she passed in, to visiting her in the funeral parlour several times, to taking her to be cremated – they fulfilled all our needs and wishes and went above and beyond making sure we got what we all wanted."
— April Dario-Jones (about Manon and Louise)
"Every detail was thought out by them to match what we needed, before we even knew we needed it. Nothing was too much work for them. Losing someone so close to Christmas was very difficult, but they made sure everything was done. They genuinely care for their customers and we couldn't have asked for better."
— Lauren Smith (about Manon and Louise)
"Losing our mum, wife, sister, gran is the hardest thing we as a family have had to cope with. We could not be more appreciative to Manon and Louise for their wholehearted support and understanding. They had patience, empathy and compassion. Anne would of loved you as much as we do. We will be forever in your debt."
— Kirst Lloyd (about Manon and Louise)
"Our brother died in a rock climbing accident some distance from North Wales. 'We have him in our care now' they told us – so comforting. Without more ado they arranged to go and bring our brother's body (quite a distance for them) to their lovely premises in Bangor. Absolutely every detail of the burial was so exactly right for us. Enfys allowed us to carry out our own way of doing things without any interference, just a quiet steady presence if we needed them. We feel this group of 4 women and 1 man are truly exceptional in what they offer at the most difficult time in many peoples' lives."

Manon and Louise dealt with us with great care and kindness. They helped with all aspects of the natural burial in north Wales - which included advising us on what to expect, picking up our loved one from another funeral home, where the church service had taken place, and transporting the coffin to the Eternal Forest. They supported us with clear information in advance, and with great care for my elderly Dad and I on the day. I would highly recommend them as funeral directors, and we are both so grateful that my mother's wishes for a natural burial could be carried out, and her final resting place be so beautiful. Thank you.

We lost our beloved stepdad and my mum's partner of over 30 years in March 2025. His passing was very sudden and unexpected and we were all devasted. Manon and Louise were extremely supportive, kind and considerate at every step of this very difficult journey. Their gentle manner and complete accommodation of all of our needs helped to make this challenging time a little easier. It seems a strange thing to recommend, but if you are in the North Wales area and in need of funeral services I would not hesitate to recommend them. You, and more importantly, your loved one who has passed, are in very safe, caring hands.

Louise and Manon made a very difficult time a lot easier for us all and it is really appreciated. They helped us to make the whole day and process really personal and special, and it was a world away from old school funerals. They are both really good at their jobs - they were very open and were contactable at any time which helped hugely in organising everything. They clearly care about what they do and this shows. Thank you both so much 💙🖤💜

Our brother died in a rock climbing accident some distance from North Wales. We knew he would want to be buried in North Wales, preferably in a quiet wood, so we looked about and found Angladdau Enfys Funerals. We phoned, they listened, and quietly reassured us about all we, and they, needed to do. The fact that burials in the beautiful Boduan Sanctuary Forest are overseen by them was like a miracle of good fortune in the midst of our sadness. Without more ado they arranged to go and bring our brother’s body (quite a distance for them) to their lovely premises in Bangor. “We have him in our care now” they told us – so comforting. Absolutely every detail of the burial was so exactly right for us, and the whole way they quietly guided us along – all through email and telephone (we all live far from North Wales). I stopped in Bangor on my way through Wales to sit awhile with my brother: again, I was so comforted and reassured when I saw how beautifully they had prepared everything. The next day a good crowd of family, friends and climbers arrived at Boduan Sanctuary Wood. It was perfect, all we had hoped for, and so completely right for our brother. The Enfys women and one man stood discretely to one side and guided us as six of our menfolk carried our brother through the wood to the prepared grave. We did not have a religious service, preferring to let those who wished to speak, and our niece to sing Old Note as our menfolk lowered him into the grave (with climbing ropes of course). We all had little posies which we dropped in on the coffin. Enfys allowed us to carry out our own way of doing things without any interference, just a quiet steady presence if we needed them. We feel this group of 4 women and 1 man are truly exceptional in what they offer at the most difficult time in many peoples’ lives. We cannot praise them nor thank them enough.

Well what can I say!! Manny and Louise are the best in the business. I couldn’t ask for anyone better to do my nans funeral. They fur filled all our needs and wishes and went above and beyond making sure we got what we all wanted. To picking her up from the home she passed in, to visiting her in the funeral parlour several times, to taking her to be cremated. They are both down to earth girls, who show empathy, care and love towards you. I would recommend these beautiful girls to anyone! Thank you again 🖤
