I would warmly recommend Edd Frost & Daughters to anyone faced with the challenge and heartache of organising a loved one's funeral. They really made sure my mum had a proper, respectful send-off. I had never had to organise a funeral before, and was very nervous about not doing mum justice, but I need not have worried! They were across all the details and made everything work just right - and the day itself went as well as we could have hoped for.

Edd and his team were well-known and respected by my parents so it was very fitting that they arranged our dear Dad’s funeral. From start to finish Edd was so lovely, helpful, calm and respectful, he made a highly emotional time in our lives manageable and together we were able to give Dad the send-off he truly deserved. We’ll never be able to thank you enough. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I cannot thank Edd Frost and Daughters enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed following the passing of my beautiful husband, Nicholas Macartney, at just 52 years old. From the very beginning, they were absolutely brilliant throughout what has been the most difficult and heartbreaking time of my life. A special mention must go to Tracey, who was the first person I spoke to about the arrangements. From that initial conversation through to the day of the funeral itself, she was there for me every step of the way. She was incredibly professional, supportive, and genuinely caring, especially at a time when I felt at my most upset and vulnerable. Her kindness and reassurance meant more to me than I can put into words. Every member of staff we encountered was amazing — kind, respectful, and thoughtful — and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They handled everything with such care and dignity, making an overwhelming process feel manageable and ensuring my husband was looked after with the respect he deserved. I will always be deeply grateful to the whole team at Edd Frost and Daughters for the compassion and support they gave me and my family during such a painful time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Edd and his team for the compassionate, respectful and professional way they handled my late husband‘s funeral on the 28th November 2025. I used their in-house florist and could not have been more pleased as the flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. It was a very difficult time for myself and my children but Edd and team helped us through it every step of the way.
