All touch points with the team were exemplary, from the greeting at reception, the amazing attentivenss of the Funeral Director, the care and attention of the florist, the continual guidance and gently communication, the engaging, friendly and sympathetic drivers, the respectful crematorium team that carried Dad to his final resting place - all just phenomenal.
